2WD Practice Report, EOS Hann. Münden 2023
The EOS race in Hann. Münden, GER is underway, and the drivers had 4 rounds of practice on Friday morning. The “Race Stars” crew from Poland under the lead of Pawel Ntkovca just nailed it with the track layout and the overall concept – it turned out fantastic and racers have complimented the track all day long. It is a technical layout with all the jump sections relatively close to the driver stand making it easier for “everybody” to jump well.
However, as every track is a challenge when it comes to the sharp end of competition, all drivers had a lot of work to do to find the best setup and the fastest way around the track at the Transworld Hotel Auefeld. After the first round of practice, the EOS crew decided to change something on the track due to safety reasons (for the marshalls). One of the triple-double jumps got removed and the drivers coule continue to practice quickly. The third and fourth round of practice had been for seeding the qualifying heats and the fastest 2 consecutive laps counted to rank every driver.
2WD Modified Buggy
From Florida to Hann. Münden – Orlowski remains on top!
After winning the Florida Carpet Champs last weekend un the USA, Michal Orlowski was able to bring his speed and confidence here to the Transworld Hotel in Hann. Münden. Orlowski had a super small gap of only 0.05 seconds ahead of second placed Xray driver David Ronnefalk. Orlowski`s teammate Daniel Kobbevik was third fastest, ahead of the Xray car from Bruno Coelho and the Associated buggy of Alexander Landen. We head directly into qualifying now with 4 rounds coming up immediately!

Mr. Ruddog himself tops 2WD Stock practice at the Transworld Hotel
In the 2WD Stock Buggy class, Sven Rudig was fastest after practice with his Team Associated buggy. He was followed by Kim Nielsen from Denmark, and the three Schumacher buggies of Philipp Märzinger, Benedikt Heitzer, and Senne Pauwels.

Stock Truck
Wukonig fastest after four rounds of practice
Christian Wukonig from Austria was the fastest in Stock Truck practice with his Schumacher Truck. He drove the fastest two consecutive laps on the EOS track and will start from P1 into the four rounds of qualifying later today. Mike Hansen and Marco Briers made it a Schumacher 1-2-3 in practice while Silvio Pietroboni and Jo Degeest completed the top 5.
