Today`s afternoon was all about 4WD and Mod Truck practice. After the 2WD portion was hitting the track in the morning, drivers had to adapt quickly to their 4WD buggies to find the perfect setup for these cars on track. The first day here at the EOS is completed now and we will head into one round of seeding practice on Friday morning, followed by all 4 rounds of 2WD qualfying!
4WD Modified Buggy
Michal Orlowski looked really strong with his Schumacher car as he topped the free practice sessions ahead of his teammate Daniel Kobbevik. Reigning 4WD world champion Davide Ongaro finished in third spot for the day, right ahead of his fellow Team Associated racer Marcus Kaerup, and the Sworkz of Micha Widmaier.

Great start into the event for Burbach
The very quick and talented Mick Burbach came out of free practice as the fastest driver. The Xray racer posted the hottest laps on the challenging EOS track in Daun and had an advantage of four tenths from second placed Piotr Stankiewicz. Daniel Hofmann, Aaron Waitz, and Joe Streff completed the top 5.

Modified Truck
Xray`s Bayer is the man to beat
Martin Bayer from Xray was the fastest guy out there rocking his Modified Stadium Truck. He had an advantage of 0.363 ahead of Jörn Neumann (Sworkz, running a Schumacher Truck), Max Götzl (Xray), Micha Widmaier (Sworkz, running a Schumacher Truck), and Berkan Kilic (Mugen Seiki, running an Associated Truck). The stadium trucks are looking nice and smooth on track and qualifying will be great to watch for sure with many top drivers aiming for a spot in the A-Main.
