The three rounds of free 2WD Buggy practice are done and we got kind of a first flavour for the rest of the event. The track looks awesome when cars are driving on it and drivers reported that it is huge fun out there.
2WD Modified Buggy
Associated leading away with Kaerup and Boda 1-2
Team Associated had a pretty strong 2WD practice session here in Daun. Danish top AE racer Marcus Kaerup was fastest ahead of his (re-joined) teammate Clement Boda from France. Behind them we saw the fastest Schumacher cars of Elias Johansson and Ben Smith taking third and fourth spot with one more Associated car of Tommy Hall rounding out the top 5. Qualifying starts right away – who will claim the TQ?

2WD Stock Buggy
Pauwels setting the early pace in Daun
Schumacher driver Senne Pauwels was fastest at the end of the three practice rounds in the 2WD Stock Buggy class. Pauwels was a tenth quicker on his two best consecutive laps that second placed Romain Lepape from France. Ales Bidovsky was in a good pace as well and made it into the top three. The 2WD Stock Buggy racers will face three of their four qualifiers today and everything is set for a nice showdown.

Stock Truck
Trella is the top seed for Stock Truck qualifying
Pawel Trella from Poland had the fastest consecutive laps to his favour after practice. The Xray driver outpaced Christian Wukonig from Austria by four tenths of a second. Another five tenths behind it was Swork`z racer Patrick Bremstaller taking third place. The Stock Trucks are looking really cool on out 2025 track layout in Daun and we can`t wait to get qualifying underway.
