4WD Modified Buggy
Kaerup to line up first on the grid ahead of Orlowski and Zalewski
Q3- The last races of the day on a late Saturday evening had been the top heats of the 4Wd Modified Buggy class. After Marcus Kaerup and Michal Orlowski won one round each, the battle for the TQ spot on the 10-cars grid was still hot. Marcus Kaerup was very fast in Q3 and took another impressive win. His Associated buggy looked amazingly fast on track and Marcus made no mistakes and posted the hot lap of the heat with a 17.792 (!). Michal Orlowski was on a similar pace, some tenths of a second behind Kaerup, until Orlowski lost a bit in the last lap where his car flew over the start and finish line. But it was still enough for Orlowski to secure second place in Q3 ahead of his Schumacher teammate Elias Johansson, the Xray of Bartosz Zalewski, and the Associated of Joona Haatanen.
Q4- The last round of qualifying was a real showdown for the sweetest spot on the grid between Kaerup and Orlowski. Both had a very fast run and the lead changed for a several times. In the middle of the race, the forecast for Orlowski said that he would be able to beat Kaerup` s fastest time from Q3 and Orlowski was on the way to a possible pole position. But the Schumacher star made a mistake in lap 10 and retired from the race afterwards. With this happening, it was clear that Kaerup would take the overall TQ honours here in Daun. Bartosz Zalewski took the win in Q4 ahead of Haatanen, Johansson, Kaerup, and Ongaro.
We are expecting an amazing show of racing in the 4WD finals. Orlowski drove the fastest lap of the weekend in Q4 (17.680) and will try everything to generate pressure on TQ Kaerup. Bartosz Zalewski will aim for another podium finish. Let`s head into the finals!

4WD Stock Buggy
Burbach is Stock Buggy top qualifier
Q3- The third round of 4WD Stock Buggy saw the race winner from Hann. Münden (November 2023), Aaron Waitz, posting a TQ run. Waitz was fourth in Q1 and had a bad run in the second one but now he managed to get everything together and is back in the fight for the overall TQ. His runtime was a little slower (0.6) than the hottest time from Mick Burbach from Q2 but the decision for the pole position will come down to Q4 and only Waitz or Burbach can do it. Daniel Hofmann, Mike Hansen, Piotr Stankiewicz, and Mick Burbach completed the top 5 behind Q3 winner Aaron Waitz.
Q4- After losing Q3 to Aaron Waitz, Mick Burbach posted another TQ run to seal the pole position. Mick took the win with 1.7 seconds from Piotr Stankiewicz, Lennard Rademacher, Aaron Waitz, and Max Krüger.

Modified Truck
Widmaier takes last round of qualifying, Bayer is overall TQ
Q3- After loosing Q2 to Jörn Neumann, Martin Bayer was back on top in Q3. Micha Widmaier was leading in the beginning, but he rolled his truck in lap 6 and it was the Neumann and Bayer show after this. Martin Bayer won the heat with a gap 0.8 seconds from Neumann. Max Götzl, Wesley van Helmond, and Senne Pauwels rounded out the top 5 on a very late Saturday evening. The TQ spot was still up for grabs and the decision came down to Q4 on Sunday morning!
Q4- Micha Widmaier had a perfect run in Q4 where he took the win in front of Max Götzl and Burak Kilic. Jörn Neumann and Martin Bayer had a couple of errors in their runs and had to take 4th and 5th from the last round of Modified Truck qualifying.
